  If you are looking for a kind and caring aged care facility for your loved one, this is definitely the place. Staff at the William Moore Court nursing home are plentiful, they are very well trained and supervised and most of all they are all loving and caring. By this is I mean everyone - nurses, management, carers, catering staff and administrators. All marvellous.

  Some serious power-play issues in management that filter down to client experience and health.
  
  I was criticized and denigrated for refusing to prepare egg mayonnaise with expired eggs, for example. For putting the gladwrap away. They called a meeting about these things while I was being refused legislated minimum breaks by an equally petty supervisor.
  I was subsequently called in after I'd called in sick to be dismissed. *After* I'd called in sick, and on the same day. Lucky it wasn't contagious, right?
  
  If you've noticed that staff are somewhat absent, or vacant minded, this is because anyone who might form an opinion of Karen (note the name on the only positive review here) is harassed until they submit their autonomy of thought, or leave.
  This is why no one has any initiative or any idea how to help anyone that might need it:
  Service staff are eliminated when management see the very first spark of intelligence or independent thought.
  
  When you notice sub-par cleaning results, this will be because they've squeezed two peoples' responsibility for evening cleans onto one staff member, while subjecting them to the same harassment.
  
  Definitely one of the lower quality places from any angle you may care to look.

  Sinnamon Village Hydrotherapy Pool called me on May 12th but didn't bother to leave a message on my VM. I called them back to ask if COVID restrictions had eased for me to return to the pool & asked if there was any balance left on my 10x session prepaid pass. The lady who answered said they had a new system & that she didn't have visibility to advise on the balance of my prepaid pass. Also that ‘things have changed’ & I would have to get a new Care Plan or pay privately. I then asked why I had been called earlier & was advised it was in response to a message I had left on their answering machine in November, 2020. I advised that the previous call I had made back in November had been to see if COVID restrictions were still in place at the time & asked her to confirm that she was in fact calling me with regards to that query 6x MONTHS later. The lady advised that was correct, (even though she hadn't bothered to leave a message to that effect).
  
  I next asked for the dates of the sessions that I had used my 10x session prepaid pass on since if there was any balance owing & it sounded fairly likely that I wouldn’t be allowed to use the pool that I would like the balance refunded but was advised that I would need to call back the next day to speak with the manager, Troy. When I pointed out that requesting my own accounts details shouldn't be too difficult to produce in the interests of financial transparency, I was again advised I would need to call back to speak with the manager. After pointing out that it would make more sense for her to forward the details to the manager so that he could first look into my query & then call me back when ready, the lady replied condescendingly, ‘Yes, that’s another option.’ She then confirmed she would email the manager, Troy, my information with the relevant details of my query so that he could call me back the next day.
  
  It is now July & that interaction was over 2x months ago & I’ve still yet to hear anything further from ‘Troy’ or anyone else at the Sinnamon Village Hydrotherapy Pool: The lack of ownership taken in addressing my query is frankly appalling, the condescension entirely unnecessary, & given that the crux of my query is of a financial nature I consider the lack of transparency to be borderline criminal.

  This place shouldn’t even deserve 1 star. Most of the staff in knowles court were terrible except for a few. The service was poor overall and staff didn’t care about the elderly and were quite rude. After simple instructions given to staff failed we have decided to move age care facilities for my mum and the new place is so much better. They need to change their staff and service in knowles court as it is unacceptable.
